Our aim is to keep our pricing as simple and transparent as possible to help plan a clear treatment path together. We work side by side with you to implement a personalised health plan tailored precisely to you, and your finances.
Getting Started
Free Discovery Call
Schedule a free discovery call with our Clinical Nutritionist Ellen (BHSc). We hold a 10 minute call or video chat to answer any questions you have about working together, from our appointment style to your health goals. We are here to help determine whether we're the right fit for you.
Initial Consultation
When you purchase your Initial Consultation, you are investing in more than your 60 minute appointment with your Clinical Nutrition Practitioner.
The consultation cost also includes any additional hours before and after we meet to dive deeper into your case. Depending on your presenting health concerns and intake forms, your practitioner may spend additional time researching, crafting your personalised treatment plan, a supplement protocol, curating recipes and handouts precisely for you. This cost does not include time analysing very extensive blood work sent ahead of time.
Ongoing Support
Second Consultation
After your Initial Consultation, your Second Consultation is a 45-minute extended return appointment. This gives us time for reviewing any test results, adapting your plan, and tracking your progress to help ensure you're on the right track.
Follow-Up Consultations
After your second visit, return consultations from there are 15-30 minutes depending on what needs to be covered during the appointment.
You will also have access to secure messaging with your practitioner for ongoing support between consultations within your Client Portal.
Am I Covered?
Private Health Insurance Rebates
Appointments with your Clinical Nutritionist are claimable with many private health insurance providers.
Please contact your health fund directly to find out if they accept claims for Clinical Nutrition services with practitioners registered with the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA) as a part of your coverage.
If they do, then please let your Health Connection Practitioner know which fund you’re with. This way, we can provide you with the correct corresponding practitioner membership number and service number on the invoice after your consultation so that your claim may be accepted.
Enhance Your Care
Practitioner-Grade Supplementation
Where we see your body really needs extra support beyond dietary and lifestyle changes, our practitioner will recommend therapeutic strength supplementation for that extra boost. We recommend putting aside a bit extra for supplements.

Advanced Testing
Depending on the health conditions you're experiencing and your goals, your practitioner can recommend and order pathology tests for you. These labs are optional and the cost is not included in your appointment.
The good news is, many basic tests may be bulk-billable with the support of your GP. All tests ordered through your doctor are, of course, solely at their expert medical discretion, and will also incur the cost of an appointment with your GP. Please note, Medicare also has a strict criteria in order for tests to be bulk-billed, and not all tests are bulk-billable.
On average, tests through a Clinical Nutritionist can cost between $30 and $600. In many cases, clients invest around $50 - $250 for testing, especially if follow-up testing is completed at the 3-12 month mark. We will always work with your budget to determine which care options are most appropriate for you.
